Scarletcloud Creative was founded at the end of 2009 but the general business idea was established in 2005, when two friends met each other in college.
They both had their own skills, knowledge and abilities along with their own personal websites. What was specifically interesting was that they both shared the same dream of owning their own web and IT business, now in 2010 it has came to the stage that all the planning and decision making has paid off and Scarletcloud Creative was born.
